To nurture essential life skills among students, Darshan Academy, Ludhiana, organized Quality Awareness Workshops (QAWs) in collaboration with the Quality Council of India (QCI) on 13th July 2026. The workshops aimed to develop confidence, creativity, and critical thinking among students through engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with the vision of NEP 2020. The resource persons from QCI, Ms. Afreen and Ms. Mudita Aggarwal, conducted the sessions and made learning enjoyable through storytelling, interactive discussions, and activity-based exercises.
Students of Classes I & II participated in a Confidence-Building session, engaging in speaking activities, self-expression, and interactive exercises to strengthen self-belief and communication skills. Classes III to V attended a Creative Thinking session that inspired imagination, innovation, and problem-solving through engaging tasks. Classes VI to VIII took part in a Critical Thinking session, where they learned to observe, analyse situations, ask thoughtful questions, and make informed decisions through discussions and practical activities.
The workshops witnessed enthusiastic participation from the students, who actively engaged in every activity and gained valuable life skills in an enjoyable learning environment. The Principal, Mrs. Rajdeep Kaur Aulakh, appreciated the initiative and encouraged the students to continue developing confidence, creativity, and critical thinking as essential qualities for lifelong learning and overall personality development.
