Darshan Academy, Ludhiana, organised a special week from September 15 to 20, 2023, to celebrate the birthday of Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj on the theme ‘Meditation and Peace’. An assembly was conducted by teachers to introduce the importance of the week, and arrangements were made for the parents to join the celebration. Teachers, students, parents and supporting staff meditated together. Rhyme recitation was done by students, and Tabla Vadan and Shabad Gayan were performed to promote peace. Teachers visited Katani Kala Gurudwara Sahib and enjoyed the tranquillity there. Students learnt the slogan “Peace begins with the smile.” with a promise to become peacemakers.
