Darshan Academy, Ludhiana, organised a workshop on SWOT analysis for teachers, a team-building activity that helps identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The head, Ms. Rajdeep Kaur Aulakh, used different activities to highlight the concepts. All the teachers attended this workshop enthusiastically. It was indeed an enjoyable and valuable experience.
