A Strengthening Assessment and Evaluation session was organised for teachers by Examination Head, Mr Harish Kaushal. The meaningful session was attended by the entire staff. It stressed on holistic development of the child and suggested multiple assessment strategies in our daily practice such as peer assessment, self-assessment, visual assessment, and concept maps etc. The challenges faced by teachers were also discussed. Competency-based learning and structure of assessment in grade IX to XII were highlighted in detail. Overall, the session was very useful and provided the teachers an insight into assessment and evaluation practices.
