On June 7, 2024, the school principal, Mrs Rajdeep Kaur Aulakh, conducted an inspiring “Know Yourself” session for the entire staff. Emphasizing self-awareness, she highlighted the importance of understanding our strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to personal and professional growth. The principal encouraged regular self-reflection and goal setting, advocating for embracing individuality and learning from setbacks. The session also focused on self-love, emphasizing that loving ourselves helps us to love and care for others. The session concluded with an interactive discussion, allowing staff to share experiences and insights based on activities conducted during the session. This enriching talk aimed to foster a supportive and self-aware school community, benefiting both educators and students.
