Darshan Academy Ludhiana hosted an interactive session aimed at facilitating teachers’ development in promoting 21st-century session on June 4 2024. Teachers demonstrated their subject lessons following innovative and effective teaching methodologies that can be employed to engage students, enhance their understanding, and promote a positive learning environment.
The activities demonstrated in the session were:
Shapes detective activity, Sorting activity, Huddle Activity, Sensation activity, Matching game, Sequencing with identification activity, Story telling with puppet show, Rhyme recitation, Jadui Pitara, Newspaper activity, Hot Seat, Dictogloss, Graffiti Board, Think pair share and many more. Teachers used different teaching aids like flash cards, chart papers, different chemicals from laboratory, PPTs etc.
By fostering a collaborative and interactive learning environment, the session empowered teachers to embrace innovative methods and create a more engaging and effective educational experience for their students. The teaching techniques session proved to be a valuable opportunity for educators to expand their pedagogical toolkit.
