Darshan Academy, Ludhiana organised an interactive seminar on Life Skills, which was attended by all teachers. The seminar was presented by school Vice Principal, Mr Satpal Attri. It aimed at enhancing educators’ abilities beyond traditional teaching methods. Topics covered included effective communication, stress management, emotional intelligence, decision making, interpersonal relationships, problem solving and fostering a positive classroom environment. These skills are taught through the Darshan Academy Spiritual Curriculum. Through this seminar, all the teachers gained insights into integrating life skills into their teaching practices, promoting holistic development in students. The session emphasized the crucial role of educators in nurturing not only academic but also social and emotional intelligence in their students. Overall, it contributed to creating a more supportive and enriching learning environment.
