Darshan Academy, Ludhiana, celebrated Daan Utsav with great enthusiasm, collecting and donating 2,164 essential items. Students, staff, and parents contributed clothes, books, and other useful goods. The contributions were handed over to City Needs for distribution. A total of 34 schools participated in the city’s initiative. IAS, Mr. Harjinder Singh, ADC Village Development, was the chief guest and honored the school for its active participation. The Municipal Corporation and City Needs awarded the school with a certificate in recognition of their efforts. This initiative aimed at spreading kindness and supporting those in need, embodying the spirit of giving and compassion. The event reinforced the school’s commitment to community service and social responsibility.
