To promote health awareness and enhance emergency preparedness, Darshan Academy, Ludhiana, organized a CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) training session for its staff members. The session was conducted by Ms. Rebecca, the school nurse. The training aimed to equip the staff with the necessary skills to handle cardiac emergencies effectively, ensuring timely and appropriate action that can help save lives. Highlights of the session included an introduction to CPR and its importance in saving lives, a step-by-step demonstration of chest compressions and rescue breathing, proper technique and rhythm of CPR, and handling emergencies. Ms. Rebecca conducted the session with great clarity and enthusiasm, engaging staff members in interactive demonstrations. The staff participated actively and practiced CPR techniques under expert supervision.
