Session on Child Safety

Darshan Academy, Ludhiana, organized an awareness program on child safety for the students of classes I–VIII students. Dr. Mehak Bansal, an active member of the child helpline, explained child safety outside the home and on social media. She suggested many ways to keep children safe from social sites. She took up queries from the students, which created interest and showed the students’ active participation. Students were acquainted with good and bad touch, safe circle and zero tolerance. Students were encouraged to share everything with their parents without any hesitation. The session concluded with a vote of thanks.
